Cupcakes and happiness

Jeff brought home cupcakes from work today, because he is awesome.  Of course the first order of business was to protect them from the dog and the children until after dinner.

On top of the cabinets is really the only safe place around here.  They can climb.  In fact, I wouldn't trust the cupcakes to be there in the morning if I left them there.

After dinner, it was cupcake time!

Flavors: Chocolate with white frosting, gingerbread, red velvet, chocolate creme filled, and double chocolate


They all were delicious, but I think the gingerbread was my favorite.
